THREE (3) SCHOOLS IN OSUN STATE RECEIVE WATER SANITATION AND HYGIENE (WASH) FACILITIES FROM VICTIMS SUPPORT FUND (VSF)
The 1st and 2nd phase of the VSF Covid 19 emergency intervention was a huge success. As part of the 3rd phase ongoing intervention, the VSF Taskforce on COVID 19 has commenced the hand-over of the Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) projects in Osun State at Ansarudeen Grammar School Iloro, Ile-ife.
On 16th of February 2021 three schools in Osun State benefited from the WASH projects. They are: Okoyekola High School Ijabe, Ansarudeen Grammar School Iloro, Ile-ife, Baptist High School Ikire.
These schools will receive:
- A solar-powered borehole
- 4 Hand Wash Stations
- 2000 Pcs of Reusable Facemasks
- 5 pieces of 4 Ltr Hand Sanitizers
- 120 Bottles of 500ml Liquid Hand wash
- 5 cartons of bleach
The hand-wash stations have been set up in the schools and the schools have been supplied with liquid hand-wash, sanitisers and bleach.
VSF continues to provide succour to vulnerable Nigerians and as well as institutional support to agencies involved in the fight against Covid 19.
